Everything we make is printed to order, so shipping happens in two phases: production, then transit. Here's what to expect.
Production starts after you approve the design proof (where applicable) and your payment clears.
These are estimates. We'll give you a more specific timeline with your quote and keep you posted if anything shifts.
We ship via USPS by default, with UPS and FedEx as upgrade options.
Calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. We don't mark up shipping — you pay what the carrier charges us, plus the actual cost of packing materials.
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. If you haven't received it within the expected production window, email hello@layerkins.com and we'll check on it.
If you're in the Birmingham, Alabama area, local pickup is available by appointment. Mention this when you request your quote.
We ship worldwide except where prohibited by law or where shipping costs would be unreasonable for both of us.
Customs and duties are your responsibility. We declare items at their actual value and can't mark orders as "gift" or undervalue them. Delivery times are estimates; customs delays are out of our control.
If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it:
For damaged packages, photograph everything before unpacking and email us within 7 days.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out for the correct address — you'll be responsible for reshipping costs.
