Because every Layerkins order is made to order, our refund policy is a bit different from a typical retail shop. We try to be reasonable — here's how it works.
We don't accept returns or refunds for change of mind on custom or made-to-order items. By the time you've approved the design proof and we've started printing, materials and time are committed specifically to your order.
We'll always make it right — through a full refund, a reprint, or both at our discretion — if:

We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps. In most cases, we'll either refund you, reprint the item, or both — depending on what's fair.
Some characteristics are normal in 3D-printed items and don't qualify as defects:
We aim for high quality, but these are intrinsic to the process. We'll happily talk through what to expect before you order — just ask.
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the package and the item before fully unpacking it. This helps with carrier claims. We'll handle the claim on our end; you just need to send us the photos.
